Did a lot more work on the space and the TARDIS in the background. Also redrew his hand since it was...well...mutated before. 
Actually I think the real trouble was that I had used a female hand as reference before so the fingers were too long and delicate.
Lots more work to be done! But I don't mind I have fun with stuff like this.
