Artist's Comments

EDIT: :iconluftwaffles: gave me the idea of moving McCoy's eyes up, and I think it is a big improvement!

Okay, I've got a lot of gift art to work on! I've got to do two for peeps who caught my latest Kirban.

I also promised :iconluftwaffles: a drawing of Vulcanized Bones. And :iconsigtryggr: has been doing so much great art for me and she loves the paring of McCoy and Saakiv from my fan fiction so much.

So I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and do a Vulcanized Bones with Saavik.

I'm way pleased with how Saavik is turning out...but I'm not thrilled with Bones. Not only is it a hard angle (head slightly down at an extreme 3/4th), but I have no shots of nuBones with his face at this angle to work with. Arrrrggghhh.

:giggle:

Enjoy!

We shall see! The line work never looks as good as the finished product. No depth.

nice!
From the blood, it looks like they've been going rough.

As far as Bones is concerned, maybe it would help if his far eye were a little higher on his head? Just a thought.

I've moved his eyes around so much. I'll try high and see if it helps! (I love digital work) :giggle: I added some blood to show that Bones is not actually Vulcan...he's still a red blooded human. :giggle:

Nope. But it's a vision... and usually that vision does the trick for this easily satisfied shekitten. :D
