I couldn't help myself.
This was originally a painting I did of Sylar: [link] .
So I had all the layers and such that it really wasn't very difficult to morph him into Spock. However the evil look on Sylar's face forced this one to be the evil Mirror Spock. You can tell he's evil cause of the heavy man-sacrra and the evil facial hair.
I know, I know, I'm lazy and if I wanted to draw Mirror Spock I should have stared a whole new painting, but it was 10 o'clock and I just wanted to have fun.
This two about two hours to change from Sylar to Spock. Added green tint, changed hair, put some clothes on him, beard (fun to do), and of course those fun pointed ears of his.
Survivor rule #1 in the Mirrorverse: Do NOT mess with Spock.
