I'm at it again with my 'living pictures'! 
This one has the most layers and bones of them all! Lots of fun!
This hot little vixen says "Touch at your own risk!"

I do the original drawings in Adobe Photoshop in a *ton* of layers and then add 'bones' in Anime Studio 6 to warp, and move the drawing.
Animation took about 5 hours.
