Compition WIP IV by Phoenix-Cry Compition WIP IV by Phoenix-Cry
Color blocking for my Avengers painting. Paintings always look so flat at this stage.

Can't decide if i should add in Stark's and Hawkeye's hands or leave as is.

I'd say only put in tony's hand, cause he now looks very static I think.... besides that the other can stay. Love where this is going! :)

I've updated this WIP (without a new submission). I couldn't make Stark's hand look right, but I changed his arm around to make it more dynamic. Let me know what ya think

Looks much better already, still a little odd without the second arm, but it works :) Hands are evil, they really just are, so if that just doesn't work, this helps a lot alread :) Anyway, I think most people will be stuck looking at their faces XD I mean, they look epic =P

Yeah, the hope is that if you don't draw attention to the hand/arm thing that people will be too distracted by the faces. Hugs!

I agree about the static thing. I was also thinking of putting his right hand in his pocket, add some bend and wrinkles to his sleeve.

that sounds good :) both his hands invisible just does not work in my opinion :) either way, still love it...you really managed to get their expressions to be SO like the actors... I love that!
